ABOUT Kelsey Phebus

ATC-LAT and Founder of Chalk IT Up Fitness

I graduated in 2014 from Catawba College with duel bachelors degree's in Athletic Training and Exercise Science. At Catawba I played Lacrosse while studying AT and Exercise Science. I've always been involved in sports since I was young, so athletics and training to keep the body in shape has always been a huge part of my life. After college I started doing Crossfit and it changed my life for the better. But I've noticed that some people get intimidated by a "box" or a Crossfit gym. This is why I am here, Chalk It Up Fitness is a gym where everyone of all skill levels are welcome with open arms to achieve their goals, and to work on being a better human.
