Chalk It Up Fitness is not a Crossfit affiliate. we do Crossfit "like" workouts with the same #equipment. We like to keep our workouts different that would involve a mixture of, Crossfit, orange theory, Axis fitness, and just pure functional fitness. We also like to take time after workouts to take 10-15 minutes to focus on a goal you are trying to achieve. (weightless, muscle toning on a body part or just working on an olympic lift you need help with).
